For assignment 2 we were to create or import 12 images, modify them using Picnik. After we had edited them we were to create a Flickr account and create a new photo album with our images in it. We had to provide title, description, tags, and map the location of each image. We had to have a minimum of 2 sets in our Photostream. After this we were to post our URL onto our class social network.
I was excited about using Flickr because I had never used it before. I really have never heard of it before this assignment. I was a little nervous about what this Flickr was all about. But once I singed in and started looking at the different things I realized it was going to pretty easy to use. Flickr is a web site that allows you to upload pictures to your account where you can allow anyone to look at your pictures all over the world. This is a good tool to use if you have family and friends that live off you can post your pictures and they can see them. Flickr is really easy to you. All you have to do is upload your pictures decided what albums you are going to put them in. After that you add a title, description, tags (which are used when people search for pictures) and map your pictures. I hope you enjoy looking at my examples of how Flickr can be used.

I liked all of your photos. Your niece and nephew are very cute. I'm glad you enjoyed using Flickr. I love it too. I never used it before either, but now I'm going to keep using it and tell all my friends about it!
ReplyDeleteThe use of flickr was so easy. It was like facebook without the complications. I like the photos and I feel that they let us inside of your world a little bit.
ReplyDeleteNice Photo albums! I enjoyed Flickr too. I always enjoy looking at pictures of my baby cat and I like to share them with my family and friends. I hope they enjoy them, but I know nobody likes them as much as I do.
